Shipping Policy 


Your beautiful order will be shipped out to you using Royal Mail services to arrive within 10 business days.

There is an also an option to collect from the boutique free of charge, which you can select at the checkout.

For urgent items please contact the boutique direct. 

If your item is a gift please let us know and we can remove any pricing. 

Returns & Exchanges
(not including Wedding Gowns or bridal accessories)  


If you need to return a purchased item(s) from our gift shop (not including wedding dresses or bridal accessories), in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you have to return the item(s) within 14 calendar days of your purchase. 

The item(s) must be in the same condition that you receive it, unworn, undamaged in any way and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any jewellery returns. 

Any returns will be your responsibility to cover the return postage costs. As you are the sender of the item you will be fully responsible for your return. Should it get lost in the post, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss we can not take any responsibility for this.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage and sending your item(s) via a tracked service. If you cannot provide proof of delivery for a return I'm afraid we cannot refund you for the goods that you have sent to us.

When we receive your item(s), they will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. For credit card payments it may take up to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.  

If the item(s) has been damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
